Platter: Assortment of goat cheese and wild
mushroom, chicken and shrimp quesadillas made
with assorted cheeses on homemade tortillas,
sliced in wedges and served with salsa
Chilled Shrimp
cocktail: Freshly boiled Gulf shrimp chilled to
perfection accompanied with side of cocktail
sauce
BBQ Plate:
Brisket, Sausage, Potato Salad, Beans, Pickles,
Onions, Roll, and Iced Tea
Cajun Buffet: Pistolette Bread Rolls (bread rolls stuffed with
shrimp/crawfish and cheese), Red Beans and Rice,
Jambalaya, and Crawfish Pasta
Italian Affair:
Grilled sliced chicken sautéed with garlic,
bacon, red onions and fresh roma tomatoes,
tossed with bowtie pasta in a creamy asiago
cream sauce; house salad
Mexican Platter:
fried chicken breast, with a layer of taco meat, pico de gallo, and chile con queso on top,
served with rice, beans and guacamole salad
Formal Occasion:
Smoked Pork Loin rubbed with dried chiles,
cracked pepper and garlic, then slow smoked over
pecan wood. Served with confetti rice, braised
mushrooms and hill country chutney
Cookie/Bar Combination Platter:
choose from chocolate chip, double chocolate
cookies, butterscotch brownies, chocolate
brownies, or lemon bars All menu pricing includes food, ice tea, serving pieces, clear plastic disposable plates, flatware, napkins, buffet table linen, set-up, breakdown and waiter service for buffet. There is an additional 20% service charge on all catered events Additional Bar Services For clients who would like to provide their own alcohol, bartending services can be arranged for $20 per hour per bartender.
