      Veggie Platter: Asparagus, snow peas, mushrooms, carrots, and other garden vegetables, served with spinach or special dipping sauce

ALCOHOL:

For clients who would like to provide their own alcohol, bartending services can be arranged for $20 an hour per bartender. If you choose not to have a bartender, you will be required to have someone that has a current T.A.B.C certification present. That person must be willing to monitor and keep an eye on your guest’s consumption. That person's certification must be copied and sent to us, at least one week prior to your event.

Where to purchase your alcohol: We request that you purchase your wine, beer and kegs for your event at Buda Grocery & Grill. We own this facility and offer comparable prices.

Private Dining in the Texas Tuxedo Room
Salt Lick Package

Private dinning room outfitted with tables that have denim toppers over white linen tablecloths, black toppers over white linen tablecloths, or you can have just white tablecloths. Stoneware plates, water glasses, flatware and linen napkins are provided. Wine glasses upon request at no additional charge. Each table has a fresh flower arrangement that consists of natural flowers. Flower arrangements can be boots or vases, you decide.

B.B.Q. is served family style or buffet style and will include beef brisket, pork ribs, sausage, chicken, B.B.Q. sauce, beans, coleslaw, and potato salad, bread, butter, pickets and onions. There is a self serve drink area in the room with iced tea, water, and coffee. Desert: Peach and or blackberry cobbler  with ice cream.
